California Legal Code | You can search the entire California legal code. Find a specific law by entering the number and confining the search to a single Code (e.g., Business and Professions Code). To browse the chapter on psychology, go to table of contents for Business and Professions Code by checking it and leaving search field blank, then scroll down to Division 2 (Healing Arts) Chapter 6.6 (Psychologists). |
California Code of Regulations |
If
you want to find a regulation (i.e., passed by the BBS or BoP, not
the legislature), you can search the California Code of Regulations
(CCR). It's a little difficult to find things, though. The
summaries prepared by the boards are a better source (see links
above).
This CCR search site is most useful for finding regulations that are so new they aren't in the boards' summaries yet. If you know the approximate section number, you can go straight to it if you remember that the regulations for our professions are in Title 16. |
